If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists. We are currently shipping all our orders via UPS or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).

Mail Orders

If you do not want to place an order through our secure ordering process, you may submit your orders via mail. For a summary of your order to submit, with S&H and any applicable taxes, simply process your order through our website, but do not enter your credit card information on the last page of the check out process. Print one copy of this last page for your records and another to send to us. Please make check or money orders payable to DiscGolfXpress.com and allow 10 days for your check to clear. Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address and telephone. The address must match what your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause delays in processing your order. Check or money orders are accepted with mail orders only. Please allow 10 days for your check to clear prior to shipment of your merchandise.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6% will be automatically calculated on sales to residents of the state of Michigan.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive credit or refund (“Refund”) - your choice - as stated in the return policy set forth below. Before returning any item, you must call DiscGolfXpress.com within the time frames below to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). RMA's are valid for seven (7) days from date of issuance and your return must be postmarked within that seven (7) day period. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns may not be accepted without an RMA.

Returns must be requested within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date for exchange or refund. Requests for credits receive 100% value. In order to receive a Refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your Refund. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

This policy is subject to change as new items are continually being added. Failure to comply with these procedures, returns for irreplaceable items or returns for opened items may result in delays or the imposition of additional restocking and/or replacement fees.
